PRIVACY POLICY

We earn trust by protecting your data

Effective February 16, 2026. This policy applies to the Inteliworks Hub, Agent Studio, and any n8n workflows we host on your behalf.

1. Data We Collect

  • -Account data you provide (name, email, company) when joining the beta or purchasing a plan.
  • -Operational data required to run your agents such as knowledge base content, workflow configuration, and integration credentials you explicitly add.
  • -Product analytics (page views, feature usage, error logs) captured only when NEXT_PUBLIC_ENABLE_ANALYTICS=true.

2. How We Use Data

  • -To provision and secure your workspace, including audit logging and abuse detection.
  • -To send product updates or onboarding guidance that you have opted into.
  • -To improve the reliability of Inteliworks by aggregating anonymized product signals. We do not sell data.

3. Retention & Deletion

  • -Workspace data is retained while you are an active customer. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing privacy@inteliworks.io.
  • -System logs are deleted after 30 days unless needed for security investigations.
  • -Backups are encrypted and retained for 35 days. They are purged on a rolling basis.

4. Security

  • -All secrets are stored with envelope encryption using AES-256 keys rotated via our key management service.
  • -Role-based access control ensures teammates only see the data they need. Session policies (IP binding, device limits) can be enforced per tenant.
  • -Security disclosures should be sent to security@inteliworks.io. We reply inside one business day.

5. Your Rights

  • -You may request copies, corrections, or deletion of your personal data at any time (privacy@inteliworks.io).
  • -Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available for paid customers. Email legal@inteliworks.io to initiate.
  • -We will notify you at least 30 days before making a material change to this policy.
